Acting on behalf of Appleby Westward, the Spar wholesaler and retailer based in Cornwall, Fifty 7 Land & Property have recently acquired two existing Spar convenience stores previously owned by the Goss family in Bath and Honiton.
Alyn Saunders originally approached the owners nearly ten years ago, and despite a continuing dialogue, it wasn’t until recently that the decision was made to sell the Honiton and Bath stores. Appleby Westward, having supplied the businesses for many years, were the perfect fit and the improved and updated stores will continue trading under their new ownership.
