Fifty 7 Land & Property have recently acquired a trading Spar convenience store in Hilltop Road on behalf of One Stop. The owner was thinking of retiring and agreed to sell the business whilst creating a new lease to the multiple.
One Stop are busy extending and re-fitting the premises, and the store will re-open to old and new customers in August.
